One fee, and it comes back to you
Flat diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead with it. It buys a full look at the appliance in front of you: what has failed, what caused it, and whether the cause is still sitting in the house waiting to do it again.
There is no separate call-out charge stacked on top, no hourly meter running while the machine is being read, and no premium for an address three blocks from the water. The fee is the same in Jacksonville Beach as it is anywhere else inside the service area.
A written number before anything opens
A written estimate comes before any work starts. Nothing is ordered or opened up until you approve it in writing.
If the price has to move once the appliance is apart, the work stops there. A revised estimate is issued and it waits for your approval in writing. Nothing is ordered on a verbal maybe, and no part is fitted on the assumption that you would have said yes.
You will not find repair prices published on this site. The parts cost is set by the supplier on the day, and a professional range door hinge and a control board are not in the same universe. A number written here in advance would be a guess dressed up as a price.
