What will not be offered
No after-hours or emergency call-out, and no work on any manufacturer other than Viking. Both of those are real limits rather than negotiating positions.
Nor is this a climate-control shop. Kitchen appliances, one manufacturer. No heating, furnaces and heat pumps; no air conditioning, condensers and air handlers; no duct systems and whole-house ventilation. A house at the beach can be cooling badly and cooking badly in the same week, and the two calls go to different trades: ring a mechanical contractor for the first one and this number for the second. The only duct work here is the kitchen exhaust run behind a ventilation hood: the pipe that carries cooking air out of the room.
